Geelong Wedding Photographer
Natural Photography by Fika Pictures
Located here are a great number of venues overlooking pristine beaches with the surf providing a natural, understated charm to your event - truly unique backdrop for your natural Geelong wedding photography. Victoria is famous for its sun, surf and sand. Just a hop, skip and jump from Melbourne city, you will find the gorgeous coastal area of Geelong and the Bellarine Peninsula.
By day, the abundance of natural light and tones (perfected for my more natural style of wedding photography) in the rolling tide create an elegant environment. By night, the beautiful facades of the buildings create a cinematic experience that is ideal for watching the waves crash in, or the dancing silhouettes of your guests as the sun goes down.
But it is not all about the beaches. This region is filled with historic homesteads, boutique wineries, stunning bay views and a super-relaxed atmosphere. This atmosphere lends itself to you and your guests discovering and enjoying an immersive experience that is truly unforgettable.

Geelong Wedding Venues
Finding the right venue is an exceptionally important task. Venues are often chosen for their cultural significance, their architectural style, their ambience, and their environment. Finding the right wedding photographer who understands these elements and how the venue can play a key role in the composition of your pictures is equally of great importance. With the right photographer, you can achieve the lasting capture of important memories in beautiful surroundings, conveying your special event to a number of audiences and across generations.
Qii house is a unique, architectural gem. With a large elevated sunset deck high in the treetops, a garden Tea House and a rainforest walking circuit, this fantastic venue hosts sculptures and handcrafted seating to entertain your guests.
Many couples have said that the wedding experience indulges their senses, reflecting on the bespoke beauty and the immersive setting of their special event.
Blue Wren Park is a stunning space for garden weddings. The Park’s farm is on a beautiful, undulating landscape boasting 150 acres and rolling down into the Moorabool River. Alongside the river are magnificent 80-year-old gum trees that make a picturesque backdrop for your wedding photography.
Attended to by a loving professional team all year round, the Park is also part of the Moorabool Wine Valley and hosts a myriad of wildlife giving this setting a unique intimacy with nature.
The Heights was first erected in 1854 and is the largest dwelling of its kind in Victoria. As you explore this property you will note how it retains many of its mid-nineteenth century charms with the stables, water tower, groom’s cottage and dovecote all in excellent original condition.
The Heights was given to the National Trust in 1975 and has since become a favourite for couples seeking a unique venue for their special day
